What are the system requirements for Celebrant Express?
Celebrant Express is fully supported on Windows Vista, Windows XP, Windows 2000, Windows NT and Windows 98 SE. The system uses native PDF as output for most reports, therefore it is considered far more superior than anything else. PDF is a standard format that is commonly accessible by many systems. There is no need to install third party designers or tools, Celebrant Express prints all forms directly to PDF, which is guaranteed to work with your printing environment. Microsoft Word is optionally required if you wish to customise and print all your invoice and summary templates.

What is the difference between the Full version and the Student version?
Both versions are exactly the same, except the student version prints the words 'Sample Only' on the PDF printouts. This is useful for students who are learning about the profession and want to see all the required paperwork in action, but without the initial upfront expense of the full version. Students are then able to upgrade to the full version at a later stage, perhaps when they receive notification of appointment.

How do I print the legal forms that are linked to my Celebrant Number?
The couples certificate (Form 15) has to still be the official certificate which you purchase under your celebrant authorisation. Celebrant Express is able to print on top of this form. A convenient top and left margin nudge feature has been introduced to Celebrant Express to ensure that everything prints in the right area as printer margins do vary. The Form 16 and Form 14 can be printed using Celebrant Express on plain white A4 paper, however in Queensland - special paper is required. The paper is 370x210mm and we are able to supply this to Queensland customers directly when needed.

How do I
go about invoicing and financials?
This software does everything you need. It comes pre-built with a customisable invoicing system, and for advanced users, an export to MYOB or Quickbooks feature so you can export financial data out of Celebrant Express ready for your accountant.

I have it working on one computer, now I need it also on my laptop or a second computer. Can this be done?
Yes it can. When you purchase Celebrant Express you also are provided with a free license to use it under your name on another computer. Simply follow the steps below:

1: Make sure your current main/working version of Celebrant Express has the latest version. It needs to be at or above 1.0.0.45. You can check the version by going to the Help menu and pressing 'About'. If it needs to be updated, simply click here:

2: Once your current main/working version of Celebrant Express is updated, simply go to the Help menu and press 'Generate Voucher Code for Second Computer'.

3: A voucher code will be created for your new computer. Now simply install the full latest version of the software on the other computer and use the voucher code provided in step 2. You can download the full version from the same location you were provided with when you purchased the software.

4: You will immediately be able to activate the second computer with that voucher code and start using it.

I am already a customer, how do I obtain technical support?
You can obtain technical support by clicking the Help button on the toolbar from directly within the software. You will be given an opportunity to send an email directly to support. Your registration code will be sent for verification purposes, and all support emails are generally answered/resolved within 48 business hours.

Where can I download the Free Adobe Reader to view/print PDF's?
