Multi-Calendar view - Designed with simplicity in
mind, Celebrant Express uses a convenient calendar
system to locate and create ceremonies. At a glance you
can see all the ceremony obligations you have on a
particular day and up to 8 months in advance.

OPD Obligations - At a glance you can view the
availability of OPD activities scheduled in your area.
This comes built into your calendar and updated every
year. Optionally you can enrol in a chosen OPD session
through the system.

Simple to use tabbed ceremony entry screen - All
ceremony data is conveniently placed on the one screen,
with tabs separating the various sections. Multiple
invoice transactions can be added to one ceremony.
For example, under a ceremony you may charge a phone
call, interview, or meeting with a separate charge
value. This is all reconciled later and added to your
custom invoice (which Celebrant Express prints).


Report/Form Checklist-
Celebrant Express will let you know if you have all the
necessary data filled out that is needed to create and
print various legal forms and documents. There
are also friendly balloons that help explain the
functionality and meaning behind various forms.

Dynamically create and print all the legal paperwork-
Celebrant Express can automatically print all the
required forms for marriages, and then more. Check out
the features page for a detailed list of forms it can
automatically produce. You can even customise the
fonts and sizes of PDF documents. This is especially
useful in producing a Calligraphy style Form 15 to give
to the couple.

devices! Now you can take Celebrant Express with you
anywhere you go, and see your commitments at a glance.

Additional security - Celebrant Express not only
encrypts all data relevant to your ceremonies, but it
also conveniently provides you with a user based login
screen so no unauthorised users of your system can gain
access.

Convenient sidebar - The convenient sidebar shows
you relevant upcoming marriage, funeral and other
ceremonies at a glance. With just 1 click, you are able
to edit the entire ceremony. Venues are also listed for
quick editing and convenience.

User defined venue database - Enter as many venues as you
like. Store a map to the venue or any picture in the
database.
The venue database makes data entry quicker if you are
performing ceremonies at regular locations.
All venue information is stored securely and printed on
your ceremony booking sheet, ready to take with you.

Export Financial Data to MYOB or Quickbooks. Do a
lot of ceremonies? It is now easy to export a selected
date range of financial transactions to give directly to
your Accountant. You can export directly to MYOB or
Quickbooks.

Customised Invoice Generation - By editing your own
invoice template, you can fully customise the look and
feel of your customer invoices. Add your logo, photo or
add any kind of text to your invoices. Celebrant Express
gives you full flexibility in the creation of your
invoices.

Add unlimited attachments to your ceremony bookings.
You can add unlimited attachments of any time to
your ceremony. For example, you can attach an
interview form, checklist and final ceremony
document. These can be opened simply by loading the
ceremony and double clicking on the attachment. |
Linked Meetings - You can view all linked
meetings at a glance from within your Master Ceremony.
For example, if you have a Interview or a Rehearsal
associated with this ceremony, these are listed, and can
immediately be edited.

Upcoming Ceremonies/Bookings Report - At a glance
it is easy to see your upcoming schedule with this
report. You can see your Master Ceremony and meeting
commitments simply and easily. This report can also be
fully customised.

Driving Directions to your Ceremony - The system
is even capable of printing a customised summary sheet
which includes detailled driving directions to your
ceremony. This requires a valid internet connection,
Microsoft Word and a valid from and to address. This is
extremely helpful to the celebrant as it provides a
simple printout with all ceremony particulars as well as
how to get there.
